The Background:

Ford came to us last minute looking for a TV spot for Labor Day. It was 6 weeks out. So, we buckled up.

The Work:

A mad rush to produce a nationally-airing television spot over Labor Day weekend across all major networks, called “Hardest Working Person You Know.” The ad captured candid stories of Ford employees talking about the hardest person they know. Following was a CTA for viewers to share the hardest working person they know with Ford on social, sparking nationwide conversation.
